TRAINING, EDUCATION, WORSHOPS

 

There are many aspects of keeping a church in good health. It is, at best, a challenge. Consider educating your leaders and training them to recognize the signs of problems and addressing them before they become unsurmountable. Worshops are fun as well as a great way to learn about church dynamics.

Worshops might include:

• Passion in your ministry, where did it go?
• How to write effective by-laws
• Bible Study, preparation and presentation
• Ushers and Greeters, the importance of training
• Powerpoint and other media and it's effect on service
• Selection of guest speakers and musicians
• What effect does music have on service and attendance?
• How to answer questions on tithing
